Know the Rules of the Yard

  • No jacks and no lifting cars.
  • No torches.
  • No electric cutting devices allowed in the auto salvage yard, including torches or grinders.
  • No open-toed shoes.
  • Customers must be at least 16 years of age to enter the yard.
  • No destruction of vehicles.
  • No smoking in the yard.
  • Customers must arrive 30 minutes before closing time. Customers arriving after this point will not be allowed into the yard.

Store return policies and procedures

Follow these store return policies and procedures when you shop for used auto parts at our auto salvage yard in East Syracuse, NY:

  • Customers must present a receipt for all returns & exchanges.
  • Customers will have three days from the date of original purchase to request a cash refund. Credit returns will only be refunded to the original card.
  • Customers will have 30 days from the date of original purchase for exchange or store credit.
  • Absolutely no refund or exchange will be given if the purchased item is not clearly marked with our company identification mark.
